What are your hourly rates?
Domestic Cleaning rates start at only £9 per hour (using your cleaning products) or only £19 per man hour for our End Of Lease Cleaning service (using our cleaning products).

What areas of London do you service?
We service all of the London areas covered by public transport. Please contact us if you live on the suburbs of London to ensure we can cover your area.

How do I know that I can trust a stranger in my house?
At Brigid's Cleaning we fully screen and police check all our staff, employees must provide two professional references. No member of staff is ever placed without doing so. If any client wishes to see these documents then we will be pleased to provide a copy.

If I book a regular housekeeper can I have the same person?
Yes, we match our cleaners with our clients and will allocate one cleaner. If that cleaner is absent then we will replace her. We will also replace the cleaner if you are not happy with the service.

Do I need to tip my housekeeper?
Tipping is not compulsory, if you do decide to tip your housekeeper, rest assured they will keep all of the money. We do not take a percentage.
